Guys, Mom impulse-bought a whole houseful of new windows. They're delivered at the end of the month and we need two feet clear in front of all sixteen windows in the house, inside and out. I have cleaning and yardwork and furniture-moving and several rooms worth of vacuuming to do because Mom has a bum knee and a bum shoulder, so... uh, so yeah. Turns out it's a little more complicated to update your whole house in reality than it is in the Sims. (But more worth it!)

... Also June, July, and August are not good months to clean and paint and fix your whole house. So hot...

So I shall leave you with a list of things I will post when I get a chance to finish or photograph them:

1. 43 mostly-Maxis recolors of Buggybooz's Nooks and Niches (including Paigeturner's Complete Castle Wall set)
2. 86 very simple toddler kirtles (mostly-Aligeth textures on a Cynnix mesh)
3. 16 toddler diapers in various shades of rag
4. A very small hair dump
5. Hopefully, beards

Got some other things I'm hoping to work on, but if you don't hear from me until September? It's because of windows.

Okay, so I can use things like SimPE and Pescado's clothing tool and Inge's assorted hacks (wicked useful for churches, that formal wear sign) that I can get toddlers into things like formalwear, gym clothes, and swimwear... but except for hacks like that, I'm pretty sure toddlers only end up in anything besides casual, pajamas, and outerwear in the course of a normal game.

Does anyone (especially anyone who plays a Medieval game) regularly put their toddlers in formal, gym, and/or swim?

I'm brewing eighty-two little toddler gowns and I currently have vague plans for little toddler shifts and shirts and nappies, and I'm just wondering whether anyone has ever found a use for toddler gym clothes. ... Or toddler formal wear.
hat_plays_sims: All I did was crop-- go read Bite Me by Dylan Meconis, you'll laugh. (Default)
Whoo okay so.

I have an upload or two brewing (did some colors of Buggybooz's niches. And by some I mean, like, forty), but I also did some housekeeping, in that I tidied up my Sticky Post. I'm actually considering putting the wish-and-resource lists into their own posts, but I've added some projects to my to-do list (expect clothes again before too long; I've got toddler gowns in the works), started a Medieval Pregmorph section that may not be completely up to date (I got an adult male, an adult female, and a teen female Sim pregnant, then checked every mesh I have for pregmorphs. It took for-freaking-ever) but DOES have links to a metric fuckton of older Medieval-ish meshes that have been updated with pregmorphs. Feel free to shower me with links if you know where to find other Medieval pregmorph updates. I think I forgot Dicreasy's.

... Er, I lost part of a sentence somewhere-- anyway, I also threw together a wishlist as long as my arm for meshes I'd love to have converted to different ages, AND a similar wishlist for the three custom bodyshapes I want to use. That's in the stickypost, but right here I'm going to post a pared-down version. Feel free to ignore this if bodyshapes aren't your thing. )

So yeah, that's a thing. Oh, also I discovered this, which probably everybody else has seen before... but it's new to me, and it kind of thrills me because at least as a female example, it's REALLY close to my ideal for a plump bodyshape. (One step heavier than the Maxis fatmorph. It's perfect, it blends in well with AG/RNR (one, maybe two steps burlier than the Maxis default) and Aquilegia's Androgyny (same as Maxis from the waist seam down). Dang, man, I think I have to go make a request or a collaboration post at Garden of Shadows.

Okay, so that took a lot longer than the few weeks I thought it would, but I've been in Lurker Mode for a long time. Lots has happened out in, you know, non-internet reality (including a kitchen remodel that Mom and I have been wanting for ten years, guys, do not remodel your kitchen if you aren't absolutely positive you have other places to put all the stuff that goes into your kitchen for at least a month, and also plenty of food that can just go straight from the fridge to your mouth), but this is a Simming blog and you guys deserve Simming posts. And boy oh boy, do I have Simming posts for you. I didn't actually stop CREATING while I was on hiatus, I just sort of stopped keeping up with... lots and lots of things. And in the last week or two, I finally started posting them-- I just decided to keep the posts private until I'd uploaded everything I had ready to go. If you don't want to scroll through my DW, you can just click these handy dandy links:

1. Hair Dump X Part One: The Franchise Reboot, Part Two: Hair Dump From the Black-And-Blue Lagoon, and Part Three: Nobody Expects the HAT Dump!
2. Sign of the Plumb Bob (Nichellerj's Plumb Bob Necklace with way too many recolors)
3. I Feel The Earth Move (selected Yuxi Oblivion, Druid Wow, and Kativip MS and LS floors as terrain paints)
4. The King Is In His Counting-House (Non-depreciating face-value coins on Worship4ever meshes)
5. Du Lac Cotehardies and Tunics (TF-EF recolors of Cynnix's Laced-Sleeve Gown and TM-EF recolors of Cynnix and Oph3lia's edits of Aligeth's Robin Hood Tunic)
6. Never Enough Thatch (Bon Voyage Thatched Roofs in select Project Mayhem and Any Color You Like actions)
7. Through A Glass Darkly (Medieval leaded recolors of Mustluvcats's Privacy Film)
8. Hangerock (twelve very simple Viking apron dresses on a Trapping mesh)
9. Invoking the Spirit (Bonehilda-as-Spectral-Assistant defaults (with [personal profile] faechangeling), Bonehilda outfits, and K8's Fairy Witch gown EA'd)
10. Le Chausseur, la Deuxième Partie (Chausses and braises for Aquilegia's Androgyny, Aquilegia's Improved Fatmorph, FantasyRogue's bottom-only chausses, and Cynnix's age conversions of FR's bottom-only chausses.)
11. Bonne Nuit (A dozen chemises with ZoeJ textures)
12. The Modest Lady (Sherahbim's Lady gown simplified a bit)

So there's that.

I will also still be in lurker mode for a while in terms of the general Simming community-- I do love and I have missed the social aspect of Sims 2, but it's actually pretty daunting to say 'today I will start keeping up with everything!' I will be trying to keep up with comments and private messages here a lot better, and I still have a lot left on my to-do list, so it should be a lot easier to get in touch with me. (I do not promise prompt replies, but I promise I will reply. Unless I can't tell you from spammers. There've been a LOT of spambots on my DW lately. Some of them have actually said quite complimentary things, even if they are halfway to incomprehensible.)

Like an idiot, of course, I decided to post this on a day when I'm planning to run errands, but I'm out of ready-to-upload content and I don't want to make you guys wait any longer.

I'm also looking for someone to help me with object creation-- recolorability and indoor shadows in particular. I think I've almost got that buyable-toybox-toys project licked, but the indoor shadows are giving me fits and I'd hate for folks to have to clone a new toy every time the world needs a recolored rocket ship.

Coming Soon!

1. A mostly hat-based hair dump, which will include but not be limited to: Ja's edit of Daislia's Altair hood, FantasyRogue's edit of Bipsouille's Burgundian Hennin, Dicreasy's edit of Elena's Africa hair, Cynnix's Nun and Noble veil-and-wimple hairs, and with any luck a lowered-poly animated age-conversion of Clubkitty's Hijab by Marja. Also I have done a couple of hairs either by request or because I saw them and had to have them in all the colors, so those of you who aren't interested in Medieval hairs might still find something interesting.

2. Le Chausseur Deux, which will include hosen for teen and adult males with Aquilegia's improved fatmorph, teen, adult, and elder females for Aquilegia's Androgyny shape, and bound breasts for teen, adult, and POSSIBLY elder females pretending to be males for whatever reason.

(Uh, related to the above, does anyone know if teen, adult, and/or elder female blockfoot swimsuit (which is to say, nude, but without much buttcrack) Gothplague Androgyny meshes exist? I thought I HAD them. Guess I confused them with Amaryll's default servos or something. *full of fail* Well, I was going to use Aquilegia's EF mesh, anyway, since it's close enough to my default elder shape...)

3. A shitload of necklaces, yo. (All very similar necklaces, but I wanted variety.)

4. ... I swear I made something else recently, but I have now forgotten what it was. (... Maybe it was effects makeup blush-to-full-face conversions? I never seem to get around to sharing those, but I make them all the time. I'm never sure if anyone would be interested in them.)

Update! (And seeking opinions.)

I have updated my main stickypost, and added a new category-- Medieval Headwear. It's technically a wishlist but it also functions as a resource post; if anybody else knows of any other Medieval headwear out there, please please pretty please let me know.

I keep thinking I need to streamline that whole post a little more, and once I got the Headwear Wish/Resource List done, I started thinking I needed to make a Medieval Pregmorph Wish/Resource List. Think I ought to make wish/resource lists a separate stickypost?

Beta Tester(s) Needed!

Would somebody whose expansion spread differs from mine (I have all EPs and SPs) be willing to check out a couple of objects and see if they're basegame compatible? I am a total newbie at such things, but I recently figured out you can clone toybox toys and have playable toys for your kids. (I disabled the Put Away interaction, because if you put bought toys away, they disappear into the toybox forever, and I think for non-Pets games I also need to disable the Chew interaction, but I made them on a whim, anyway.) I also need someone willing to tell me if my coin stacks are basegame compatible, as I cloned them from a basegame-compatible custom object but I don't think I've got SimPE configured right for that sort of thing. (Making objects is kind of entirely new to me.) Drop me a comment or a PM here or on GoS if you're interested.

(Especially if you're a mesher interested in making new toys. Kids have so few custom things to just play with, and there are a lot of deco toy meshes out there that could be shrunk to the proper size and given to the little buggers to zoom around the floor going "Nyeeaar vroom whinny!")

So let's say, for argument's sake, that I have an accessory necklace I'm working on (quick, easy work). I've got eleven chain colors (ranging from 'pretend it's a leather cord' to white gold) and a whole MESS of stone colors.

Would you rather have all the possible stone colors on every chain color, or just a few colors on each chain, whatever looked best?

(My aging mod will probably be going up sometime tomorrow... er, later today, rather. I finally got the last file I need checked out and finished, so it's a matter of writing instructions now.)

But now, sleep.

Impending.

Possibly, tonight, hair dumps.

It's not the coding that's problematic, it's the uploading. *stares intently at Mediafire* Go faster and stop having errors, Mediafire!

All the hairs on my hair list are in some stage of finished!

(Okay, okay, I've got to rename, bin, fix tooltips, and in some cases move textures around because sometimes there are a bazillion groups per age and it's always on an all ages mesh, but!)

311 hairs on the hair list + 11 hairs I've been yearning to do over again = 322 hairs. If doing all the body shop work for 322 hairs isn't cause to go 'woohoo!' I do not know what is.

Yes, this does in fact mean there's an impending hair dump. It may be a three-parter again, because I have seventy-two hairs waiting for me, you guys. (Actually it may be slightly more than 74. I have some Rose hairs that folk were going to fix where the fixing never got completed that I've been sitting on, so I might as well post the ones that aren't entirely broken, right?)

Ooof.

Sixteen Project Mayhem naturals + four grays + Time Bomb as a bonus custom + eight coif colors + male mesh + female mesh = the reason I usually prefer hat meshes that cover all the hair. 136 recolors and I'm halfway through.

Okay, for YOU GUYS, loyal Dreamwidth readers, I can have a hair dump ready in a couple of hours-- all that's left is uploading and coding. But, see, I also want to release a bunch of Asian hairs on GoS for this month's theme, and, um.

The scroll wheel on my mouse appears to be broken. It don't click no more.

This does not in any way impair my ability to surf the internet or take Body Shop pictures, but navigating in-game? I'll drive myself crazy until I can get a new mouse (with any luck, this weekend, since I also need more time for my phone).

So, um.

Anybody want to take some screenshots? You don't have to crop them or anything, I can do that, and you get first crack at a whole mess of hairs.
hat_plays_sims: All I did was crop-- go read Bite Me by Dylan Meconis, you'll laugh. (Default)
In preparation for a GoS hair dump (Alternative Asia won. I have twenty-five Asian hairs ready to rename and bin. Plus twenty other random hairs. So yeah), I have been renaming the hell out of my hair files, despite being juuuuuuuust about ready to crash.

So if you spot any Flash Paper (should be Flash Powder), Fusion (should be Land Mine; my brain wants the thing that comes after Fission to be Fusion), or my personal favorite, Safety Dance (Safety Fuse mutates into this when I am not watching what I type properly), you know I was tired as hell when I was making that hair.

On the other hand, holy crap, once I finish renaming and binning and swatches and crap, I've finished all the Interestingly East Asian hairs on my to-do list, and can give my Takemizu Villagers makeovers!

But first, sleep like a coma.

Trying to get myself back into Sims by messing around on the play end of things-- catching up on downloads, sorting things to my finicky liking (I actually kind of enjoy that), testing new stuff, updating to-do lists, lurking and trying to get caught up with assorted boards as a reader before I start posting again-- and I discovered a piece of information that revolutionized my Buy and Build catalogs, and I felt a need to share.

So, have a mini-tutorial!

If you have Apartment Life, Mansion & Garden, Sims 2 Store Edition, or any of the recent bundle packs (Fun with Pets, Best of Business, and I think University Life), you have a category called Architectural in your Build mode. Of course that would be the best place to sort things like decorative columns and ruins and beams and basically all that stuff that makes your houses look awesome but doesn't actually do anything... but SimPE has no ticky-box based way to get anything into that category.

But it DOES have a way to get things in there. And it's super simple!

You need to be on the Apartment Life game engine to do this. You need AL, M&G, Store Edition, or one of the above mentioned bundle packs. Otherwise I don't know if this will crash your game, but you won't be able to find your objects.

Look at Object Data for the doodad you'd like to move (I suggest starting with Kativip's Legend Series Breath of Time and City collections). You'll see the usual handy-dandy tickyboxes under Catalog Sort-- untick all of them, as though you were making a hider, then hit commit. (If you WERE making a hider, you'd just save here. That's how easy hiders are to make.) Then click the Raw Data tab right next to where it says Catalog Sort. Over on the right, you should have three radio buttons (ticky boxes are square and let you click many; radio buttons are round and let you click one) offering you a choice between Binary, Decimal, and Hexadecimal. Tick Decimal.

Now actually look at the Raw Data. You've got your OBJd file stuff, I don't know what that does. You've got your Catalog Price stuff, and if you want to fiddle with that, feel free. Heaven knows a surprising number of creators price their lavish sofas at $0 or their single palm frond in a white plastic vase for $3000.

But the important bit is the third section-- Catalog Sorting. Most of that, I don't know what it does. I know the Room Sort and Function Sort flags should be a string of zeroes if you un-ticked your ticky boxes. There are only three values you want to fiddle with:

0x0045: Build Mode Type
0x004A: Build Mode Subsort
0x005E: Function Sub-Sort

These all have numbers you can edit. The numbers may vary, but it doesn't matter. You'll be changing things. You want it to look like this:

0x0045: Build Mode Type = 1
0x004A: Build Mode Subsort = 4096
0x005E: Function Sub-Sort = 1

Hit Commit. Hit Save. Lather, rinse, and repeat for every architectural gizmo you want to get out of your Deco Sculptures or Deco Misc category. I just moved all my columns, ruins, custom fireplaces, deco chimneys, decorative balconies, thatched roofs, gypsy wagon roofs and wheels, beams, roof spires, and other such doodads, and now my Deco Misc category... well, it's still got a lot in it, but the slider is no longer a tiny, tiny dot.

Like the other two things I do to keep my Deco Misc category under control, this totally isn't something I'd even hope for any creators to do to their own content-- for one thing, it requires specific expansions-- but if you ever find yourself wishing this architectural stuff were in the architectural section in Build Mode, well! Now you know how to do it.

I re-categorize pretty much everything I download. If you want to see the system that saves my sanity and keeps my Deco Misc section reasonable to click through, click the cut. )

My next goal, when I get my catalog all fixed properly (and maybe try to winnow my downloads folder back under seven gigs) will be to catch up on comments. I just felt that a mini-tutorial on how to get things into Build Architecture was in order.

There will be a hider coming for the Build Architecture section, and possibly all of Build Mode. And eventually I'm going to release a Director's Cut of hiders, but it probably won't be of much interest to anyone who doesn't play Medieval/Fantasy/Period themes (because as a Director's Cut, it will be the hiders I use personally).

(Things in progress at this very moment: Have tested text and image replacements for my first Medieval default career (athletic as Knighthood, which will probably need variations (egalitarian (male and female chance cards identical) vs sexist (every time a female knight loses her job, it's because she got outed pulling an Eowyn/Fa Mulan/Sweet Polly Oliver) and some title variations). Going well! Need to do a little research about which careers use the helicopter at the higher levels and figure out which car to replace them with and how. Also suspect that one can use the same method to use the Captain-Hero-Flying-Carpool for any level of a given career. Have updated Hair List with more hairs I want to do. Got a couple more to add to said list, actually, but I have to find where I wrote them down. Installed SC4 on the laptop (because the laptop won't handle Sims 2 and needs moar games) in order to build own kingdom terrains. I want to use adjacent SC4 terrains for noble estates, so I tested how many OFB shopping districts you can add to a neighborhood. I got tired of testing when I hit seventy-four, not counting the one Downtown and three Vacation 'hoods I added first, to make sure I wouldn't hit some invisible limit.)

This is just a little note to say I'm not dead, am in fact in good health, my computer is functioning, and I haven't lost interest in Sims 2-- and I'm so, so sorry if people have worried about me.

I have several excuses for the radio silence (RL kicking my butt a little, sudden surge in interest in my physical doll collection taking up time I could be giving to my virtual doll collection, my father's health, I got a new vacuum and it works so much better than the old vacuum that I get more excited about cleaning house than playing with anything), but they're stupid excuses and I should've put up some kind of notice WAY before now. (After a certain point, I felt like I shouldn't even acknowledge I was gone until I had something wicked awesome all finished to share. I still kind of feel like that, but I feel worse for letting it go this long, so all you get is this crappy note. Probably when I'm REALLY back, I'll have something awesome to share.)

I've been vaguely trying to keep up with comments, but unless someone is about to blow up their game, my brain keeps going "Yeah, I'll get to that in a little while..." My brain never gets to that. Things linger. I procrastinate, I guilt, I procrastinate because I feel guilty.

So basically... I will be back, I don't know just when, I'm okay, I'm sorry, and I'm not looking forward to the GoS and Plumb Bob Keep backlog I need to read through (except I kind of am looking forward to getting everything I've missed all in one big go).

List of my woes that I will not feel bad if you skip. )

So that's why I dropped out of the Garden of Shadows Secret Santa on the eleventh, I think it was.

I've been trying to catch up with comments over the past few days and get back in the swing of keeping up with Garden of Shadows, but on the whole I can't really let myself feel too guilty about falling off the internet for a while.

On the plus side, I finally forced some Sims to hit elder at various aspiration stages, and I got a good range of lifespans-- the youngest would've died around 69, the oldest just before 97. So it appears the aging mod works! I just need to figure out if I want to try and tweak the bit that says if you've been X long in Platinum, you get Y bonus years, to try and lower it a little. My 97-year-old didn't actually spend THAT long in Platinum, comparatively, so for Sims who weren't made in CAS and had longer than 29 days to live, it might still be too easy to live to a hundred.

There will probably-- only probably!-- be a hair dump before the first of the year; I've been sitting on a bunch of Rose hairs hoping someone will fix the gaps in them, but I may just upload the stuff where I didn't alpha-edit off the bangs, because I'm pretty sick of sitting on all these hairs. (Some of them are for Cynnix, who wanted long hair that fell back over the shoulders instead of in front of them, and provides Medieval pregmorphs in trade.)
hat_plays_sims: All I did was crop-- go read Bite Me by Dylan Meconis, you'll laugh. (Default)
Okay, so my 'I gotta get ready for this show' hiatus is officially over, because the show is over-- I still have to put things away and... actually get a few things ready for eBay (I made more money than I feared but less than I really wanted-- not a lousy show, but not a great show, either, and somehow, I didn't sell ANY dolls), and I have a commission in progress that should take me a day or two...

But expect new goodies soon! Possibly even 'very soon,' since I have this jones to do some hair. It's very frustrating, not having the hair you want because you haven't done it yet. First up will be a bunch of HP hairs, as a bribe. Which reminds me, the official 'you can bribe me' post will be going up soon, but that's housekeeping.

Oh, and I have some pics from the mini show, those should be going up behind a cut in the next day or three, for interested parties.

Gaguing Interest: Aging Mod

So whenever it gets too hot to sew, I've been putzying away at an aging mod, because I got a bee in my bonnet to learn how. I'm still testing it, and I'm kind of half seeking testers for it, because along with Sim ages... I had to mod ACR. (Old ACR, not the new version. The new version still seems to be in Beta, but I could probably mod it without too many difficulties.

ANYway, it'll be at least a week, probably closer to two, before I'll let myself post this sucker, but would anyone be interested in testing it/downloading it once it's been tested?

Why I Did This )

The proportion is a pretty simple one-- if a pregnancy lasts three days, then three days is nine months. If three days is nine months, then one year is four days.

Numerical Info Follows... )

So now let's talk about the ACR half of this mod. Which is mostly about fertility. )

A nifty thing about how this mod cooperates with an aspect of InTeen... )

There are some other ups and downs of this mod...

Cons: )

Pros: )

So, questions...

Would anybody be interested in proportionate ages besides me? Is there anything I need to warn for with aging mods (besides that there can be only one)? Does anyone know how aging mods affect Bigfoot?

And perhaps most importantly, is there anybody out there who might want to help me test this mod (especially if I can contact you over PM here or at GoS or even MTS or via email, because I am nowhere near ready to release this publicly)? Particularly people with different game configurations than me (I have all EPs/SPs) or who don't use InTeen, or who have Sims lying around almost ready to age to Elder without stupid high Aspiration levels?

Hokay, official notice. I make dollhouse miniatures for a living, and I have a mini show coming up the first weekend after Labor Day. I really need to switch gears and quit making stuff for Sims and make some stuff I can sell, instead, so...

Now begins Hat's official August sabbatical from Sims 2 Stuff.

Except it's a crappy sabbatical, because a) I can still play if I need a break from sewing, b) I can still download, c) I can post already-completed items, and d) no way am I going to quit socializing. I'm just not going to make any new crap for a month or five weeks. Expect a hair dump and my party-and-games defaults before too long, because I just finished twenty-one hairs and I feel bad not releasing them as soon as I get them photographed and named.

(I also have a doll show to do in November, but I don't need to barnstorm so hard for it.)
hat_plays_sims: All I did was crop-- go read Bite Me by Dylan Meconis, you'll laugh. (Default)
The trouble (she said) with having a fairly specific idea of how you want to present something is that you then actually have to put forth that presentation.

Bleh.

Hair dump coming... Oh, I hope before too long-- I need to name a bunch of hairs and, hey, take a bunch of previews. Some of the upcoming goodies are particularly Medieval, too, so that's fun. That's what I have presentation ideas for, but fun presentation requires me to throw some more Sims into the testerhood.

Probably coming sooner is Part Eleven in the Default Replace Everything project-- hobbies! No magazines, there's a ton of them, so they're getting their own post later. I'm also almost done with Party and Games-- got one thing left to go, except that one thing is the deck of cards for the poker table. That's right, even the playing cards are too modern for me; I've got to go and swap 'em out with some accurate (and lovely!) fifteenth century hunting-themed cards. So my 'one thing left' is actually 'fifty-three things left.' Brilliance! *facepalm* (If I were reasonable, I'd just separate the poker chips (coins!) and cards into their own post, like the magazines are getting their own post, but when did I ever say I was reasonable?)

Oh hey, did I point this out yet? Ja took Daislia's Altair hood and turned it from a teen-through-elder hair into an all-ages accessory! Very exciting. I shall be recoloring those a lot! (Technically it breaks Daislia's policy, but I had permission to ask for it to be converted into an all-ages mesh, fixing the too-tall teen age included. That it's an accessory instead of a hair... I dunno, but it IS a spiffy way to have your hats.)

Oh oh oh, and something that truly thrills me-- I fixed the damned newspaper! I finally figured out what was throwing me. The newspaper, for those who don't know, is the first thing I tried to default-replace myself. I was using the Fairy Sims one, but it wasn't a simple texture replacement, and it broke a lot of stuff if used in later expansions. I managed to denude it, but the second inside pages always turned from foolscap to newsprint, making me a sad Hat. Well, I found the Inside 2 textures! I tested it (by making a solid blue newspaper) and it works and now I can make proper Medieval newspapers! That'll be in the Miscellany Defaults, with the bills.

(At some point pretty quick here, I have to take a break from Sims Crap and storm up some new inventory for the show season. My brain loves to make stuff, but it doesn't always stop to think if it's stuff I can sell before going 'ooh ooh you could do this!')

FINALLY after using Boolprop to drag it down and constantly arguing and dragging down my wicked witch's relationship score with Guy Tester so she could insult, poke, shove, etc, I finally got one of those stupid flaming poo bags!

And I got pictures of it.

Dining-and-dating defaults coming soon!

(Also coming soon, Servos and Hair Dump III.)
hat_plays_sims: All I did was crop-- go read Bite Me by Dylan Meconis, you'll laugh. (Default)
Hokay, so, first of all, I missed some defaults-- or rather, decided that they fit sets I'd already uploaded instead of belong in the Misc set, at least for two of the three.

Moar! )

As usual when I miss something, I'm heading right over to the appropriate entries to add the missed doodads to them. As usual for default replacements, no paysites, but otherwise feel free to do whatever you like with these. As ever, thank you Lyn for Photoshop.

So that's that.

Later tonight there should be University defaults-- not everything from University, but the three college-specific props. Cos I'm going by theme, not expansion, because that makes taking pics easier... but, um, speaking of taking pics, I sort of a little bit completely failed to take any decent title card pics for that set, so. Gotta restart the game to get that one going.

(Also later there should be a set of Servo defaults, and eventually some dining-and-dating goodies from Nightlife. I have a mess of things to do on the Servo, and I need a title card for the dating crap and a picture to prove I've actually changed the catalog description on the flaming bag of poo. You wouldn't think it'd be that hard to have a really, really disastrous date!)
