Behind the cut lurk nineteen hairs for your downloading pleasure.
Since there are a zillion downloads inside the cut, the boilerplate goes outside the cut, so...
NO PAYSITES. Mesh creators' policies may vary, my policy says I want a cut (like that would ever happen), but Pooklet says no and these are Pooklet's actions. So no paysites.
PRAISE BE UNTO: Mel/Rented Space, Cynnix, Trapping, Digital Angels, Dicreasy, Milano Sims, Cazy, Marja, and Clubkitty for meshes (I may have left someone out, lots of TS3 conversions this time), Nouk, Pooklet, Trapping, and Aquilegia for textures, Lyn for making sure I had a working copy of Photoshop, Pooklet for making sure Project Mayhem worked with my copy of Photoshop (and for their textures), my lovely donors who make sure I can keep my photos online (which lets me post hair dumps at all), and you lot for being patient with my long radio silences.
HEY LISTEN! Meshes are included unless otherwise noted. Swatches are included in the zip files, everything is compressorized. Poly counts may vary; MAKE NOTES. Elders go gray, but you also get Time Bomb in the custom bin, just in case Primer isn't platinum enough for you. All female hairs are maternity-wear enabled from teen and up, and all male hairs from YA and up, to stop the weird hair disappearing act that happens if you don't have a Pregnant Sims Wear Any Outfit hack (but why wouldn't you?).
ANNOYING THINGS I DO: Because I credit everybody in them, my folder and file names are stupidly long. Feel free to shorten one, the other, or both as you please-- better you edit them to suit your needs than I just name everything [COLOR NAME] and cheese everybody off, right? Also, each hair color has an elder gray attached instead of only black. Feel free to re-bin everything and cut out the extra grays, or only use one family but swap out textures so your elders have some variety, whatever. Likewise, I bin using Pooklet's original scheme, because it's a nice easy default. I totally do not care if you re-bin things to suit your own tastes (but hey, every hair has a gray attached in case you need it!), and neither does Pooklet, so do whatever makes you happy, binning-wise.

In case you feel like dropping me a buck or two, should you have a buck or two to spare. Donors get two things at the moment: a) a link to the Super Secret Cat Gallery, full of pictures of the cats you'll be feeding, updated sporadically when the cats do something photogenic and I'm fast enough on the trigger to catch it, and b) a link to the list of content I have done-but-not-screencapped, nearly done, partly done, or in the planning stages, and the option to suggest what ought to be in the next batch of things I focus on.
Yes, if you want to do the unnaturals, please feel free to do the unnaturals. I have no plans to do so. Just remember to credit properly-- I tend to use Nouk's waves, FR's braid, and a chunk of curve I stole off Ja's Uni ponytail default.

So I've sort of set myself a color palette (... if 'deluxe crayon box' can be considered a palette), and within that palette I'm restricting myself to eight shades of linen-- Pooklet's Time Bomb, CuriousB's Milk, Aelia's Ecru, CuriousB's Oyster, Aelia's Vanilla, Pooklet's Primer, Aelia's Beige, and Pooklet's Grenade, in that order. That, having the warp tool, and feeling more confident in my shading abilities led me to want to re-do some of my older hat-hairs. This one's juuuuuust about as high-poly as I'm ever willing to go, and I'm only willing to do it because the mesh is something special and unusual.
As with any hat-hair that hides all the hair, you've got two options: multi-bin or custom. Multi (set hairtone to 0) WON'T show up in Body Shop, WILL show up in every hair bin in-game, WON'T affect hair-color chemistry, and WILL display with correct-color eyebrows. Custom ONLY shows in the CUSTOM bin, but it shows up in Body Shop (if you want to recolor it), probably won't display with correctly-geneticized eyebrows, and is mired in the mess that is custom hair chemistry. Choose wisely; they overwrite each other!

Cynnix snipped the veil off the Celebration Stuff bride hair for use over simple, sleek hairstyles and hey look! A veil that doesn't clog up the hair catalog with twelve repeats of each haircolor! I'm always in favor of that. This fits best over the Basegame Low Bun hairstyle-- in fact, running through my hair catalog, I only found three other hairstyles (not counting bald) that didn't noticeably clip. Seriously-- sleek, simple hairs. There may be more out there that I just haven't found yet. I only did sheer versions of the four lightest linen colors, because sheer linen and light linen were both pretty well restricted to wealthy types.
You have your choice (and again they'll overwrite each other) of glasses-binned accessory or Bon Voyage jewelry-binned as a nose ring.

I have a couple of variations on this mesh available today! We're going alphabetically, so this one's the first... and it's been a while since I've been both free to and up for Simming, so I am not entirely sure why that name happened. I do remember that particular Sim was new at the time and... well. Long, geeky story, but I modeled him as closely as I could from the source material and I did not expect him to be so good-looking as a Sim. It probably clouded my judgment while assembling swatches.

So I was working on a character Sim (not Dame Sir up there, she just ran off with this one for modeling purposes) and flipping through short hair after short hair, and then! Then this one got uploaded in the GoS Blind Date last year and it was PERFECT. If you've been looking for something to replace Nouk's Crispin mesh, this one might do it. ... Well, the male version might, hang on, things are coming.

Okay, so, I kind of love having veils and wimples around, like, a lot. They suit my game's period and frankly, nothing makes a long plain dress look Medieval like a big ol' wimple, even before you throw the veil on. Cynnix has done two wimples, but the Noble Veil is vastly superior to the Nun Wimple in that it covers all KINDS of necklines. You get a whole mess of variations all in one file
Wimple Only (eight colors, the veil has been alpha'd out)
Soft Solid (eight colors, solid veil, no starched frill up front)
Soft Sheer (four light colors only, sheer veil, no starched frill)
Starched Solid (four light colors only, solid veil with frill)
Sheer Solid (four light colors only, sheer veil with frill)
Sheer linen or silk and starch would be reserved for either wealthy ladies or less-wealthy ladies' best veils, for church and weddings and such. As ever, you've got two options, Multi and Custom, for your binning, and as ever, they overwrite. There is a tiiiiiiny place where the ear clips through that's visible on the just-wimple and the sheer recolors, but I don't find it enough of a flaw to complain about. (Course, I made the thing, so.)

I couldn't resist. This one squeaks by just under my self-imposed poly cap for hairs that aren't unique or spectacular, and it's a good thing, too-- I REALLY like the hairline on this one, and I got to play with highlights and warp and stretch on the waves up front to make the shading actually follow the curves of the hair. I had a lot of fun on this one!

I have always loved this hair. I will always love this hair. (I named it in a fit of desperation; the Victorians believed curly hair foretold a sweet disposition.) This was one of the very first hair recolors I did, which you can find under my Three Weeks for Dreamwidth tag to the right. This hair can be slaved to that one, but it'll work better the other way around-- I filled in a few hollows in the curls and now you can't see through it quite so much. (Cynnix also fixed the female mesh so it no longer does that horrifying shearing thing when the Sim turns her head. Find it here if you're fond of La Esmeralda!)
