All the CS native kids' clothes, with appropriately bare toes!

Also, you should download this file, which I forgot most of the Castaway Stories outfits are slaved to (grass fronds, see). I'm gonna go add that link to my wishlist resources, because I totally forgot about that one. *facepalm*
