Sunday night, I leave for Disneyland. (Yes, I'm old. However, Mom loves it, I enjoy it, and my brother works at the Disney store, so he gets two free tickets every six months... and he's been working there for a couple of years now.) I'm hoping to get a few of the bazillion hairs I have half-ready for uploading... um, completely ready for uploading before we leave, but I am not dead set on it. And my laptop can't handle jack simswise, so for about a week (technically, more than a week; I should be cleaning house in preparation for leaving it as we speak), so I shall be more'n a bit incommunicado.

Sort of why I've been quiet here and on GoS lately. I sort of went "OMG MUST POOKLET EVERYTHING" for a few days and then realized "Wait, we leave on the-- OH SHIT I really need to wash some clothes!"

I'm such a dorkbucket that I may take pictures in hopes someone can use them for Sims 2 applications. (I always take a ton of pictures anyway.)

WOO-HOO! Disneyland! I turn into a freaking 12 year old when I go! I'm almost 30! LOL

I still have friends that work there, and am a former "Cast Member" myself. (I grew up about a 15 min drive from the parks.) Also was a pass holder from Jr High until I got a job there. Now I only get to go once a year (for my Birthday, usually).

Have TONS of fun! I hope you get on all the rides too!

It's a fun place-- and I'm ahead of you, I'll be turning 31 actually in Disneyland. We tend to go in May as a sort of combination my birthday/Mother's Day/this is when the weather is nice thing. It's AWESOME to go with a cast member, it really is. My brother is a walking 20% off coupon, it's wonderful.

I'm hoping Peter Pan is open-- it was closed last year, and they did SUCH an awesome job on Sleeping Beauty Castle that I'm all curious now.
