My policy, unless otherwise noted, is 'do whatever you want as long as you credit everyone whose work is involved and don't break their policies.' Usually, someone whose meshes, textures, actions, coding, or templates I've used has 'no paysites' somewhere in their policy, so it's probably a good idea to assume, well, no paysites.

Date: 2016-04-30 04:17 am (UTC)You can add a religion at any time using the H&H fairy, no worries. ... I can't remember if you need to be on a residential lot or not, but, any time. Just remember, only the first five religions you make are townie-enabled, and you can't make a non-townie-enabled religion until after those first five are done.
But I mean you can easily make placeholder religions (you can edit everything about a religion any time, and edit deities' names through the usual methods) for those first five if you really need an exclusive cult.
