Low figures on ACR v1.10.10

Hi Hat, I know this is years down the line since you made the mods but I sem to have very low figures coming up on the tweaked ACR controller.

I know I picked up the right one, but for some reason that I can't work out I get the pregnancy odds percentages shifted downwards. This means that teenagers of 12yo are getting the highest odds and it's already on the decline once they reach adulthood. By the time they reach 28yo it's already down to 13%, and by 34yo they're reading 0%.

I've tried doing the whole AUADD thing to fix ages, including those whom fertility shouldn't affect (toddlers, children, elders) both with playables AND all townies/potentially playable NPCs... no difference. Even in a test hood, vanilla except for Inteen, ACR and your aging mod I get the same results. Clearing cache files has had no effect either.

I've also tried changing the labels in your mod to shift things... nope, they're still reading exactly the same as before.
Is there something I've missed?
