... Have you recently upgraded to ACR 2.0, never mind my version? If so did you uninstall ACR 1.10.10 first? If you've been using ACR 2.0 for a while, you might have to reset to default? Or uninstall and run without it for a little while?

Seriously I don't know what to guess.
