This one was buried in a Halloween event over at the Keep that I missed until someone recolored it for a Secret Santa event at said Keep. So far (and aside from jadedbird's efforts that I haven't checked out yet because last night turned into a 'what's crashing my game? Okay one of those two things. Might as well plan that 600mb CC cull while it's running' session), that's the only articulated cloak mesh I know of. I've had my fingers crossed for more for... well, since before that one happened, honestly.
