I used to live in Portland. One of the side benefits of doing so is that they have an awesome bookstore called Powell's- where I've found the most amazing books I haven't been able to anywhere else. (Aside from Amazon, but I had never seen this book there at the time I bought it.) In any case, do you have this book? http://www.amazon.com/The-Mode-Hats-Headdress-Historical/dp/0486467627/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1375487531&sr=8-1&keywords=the+mode+in+hats+and+headdress
Well, I have taken the liberty of scanning some of the medieval pages of the book for those who actually appreciate historically authentic stuff, including Cynnix, who I will try to persuade to make some of the hats in here. In any case, I thought you would appreciate these. As you are never on Plum Bob Keep anymore and I don't have your email, I uploaded these to my mediafire account for you. Not all of the pages came out because it's hard to scan, but perhaps you will find these useful as a reference tool. And who knows? Perhaps they will inspire you! Enjoy.
