It wasn't that bright a yellow. (CuriousB's custard), but I'm assuming you'd like some shading left on the top where they go under the tunic. That's the reason they looked dreadful, plastic, and painted on. I tried burn shading, extra soft light layers...everything I could think of...and just...beaming bright pants with unacceptable shading.
