You can bundle anything together as long as it's in a package file. Start SimPE, click the blank piece of paper icon to create a new package, then over in the Resource List panel, right click and select Add. There's a little drop-down list dealie on the pop up to select files; you're going to want to set that to All Files. Then, select the packages-- hairs, clothes, meshes, walls, defaults, whatever you want-- that you know you never want to get rid of. Click Open and give SimPE a minute to add everything. Then SAVE, even if you know you're going to add more (because dealing with large numbers of files can make SimPE unstable after a while), giving the file a name like [YOUR NAME] Director's Cut or Almighty Hat Pooklet'd Hair Bundle or whatever makes it easier for you to know what's in that file. Move the single files out of your game to a backup folder on your desktop or wherever you keep backup files, so you don't have duplicates in your game.

And you have just created a director's cut bundle.

And yes indeed there are three thousand things that can be hidden-- more than that, really, because I hide almost everything in Buy, Build, Neighborhood, and CAS because my game is Medieval and I have no use for most Maxis content. For a solidly themed game, it's a lot easier to hide Maxis content, use Wear Casual To Work and Wear Casual to Private School hacks, and just default replace the stuff that can't be hidden, like in-game props and food and stuff.

It's worth the wait! Just give Theraven a little bit of time, she'll get to you.
