So, a bit off topic, sorry, but -- do you know where I can find any photographs or drawings of lower middle class or peasant crispinettes (or torques, for that matter)? Kat's Hats, and every other reference I can find, only shows (very) upper class examples, but they all say that the hats were worn by lower class people as well.
