No, no, I don't have any other fertility-controlling mods. The only thing that I thought *might* be screwing me up was Chris Hatch's alternate pregnancy controller ... but I took that out this afternoon and played without it. Reset ACR to the defaults and everything. No dice. :(

I also ran the HCDU, but it didn't come up with anything ACR- or romance-related. So ... I don't know what it is. Oh well. I might just switch back to ACR 1.0 to get the fertility arc working. :)
