But no, you can't be abducted by the Maxis aliens with a PT mod in-- that's sort of the point, for people who would like more genetic diversity than just one guy. They're default replacements. Removing the mod file will leave the fairies in your Sim bin and in any alien kids' family trees, so switching mod files is the simplest way to go from one kind of aliens to another.
Oh, the hair question wasn't annoying at all! It's just that I've been on a quest to do all the hairs I use in all of Pooklet's colors, so I've swapped out a LOT of hairs lately, and in my game, these guys have had several makeovers thanks to that. And I've had the Tabala and Sim Ages outfits uploaded for a while, since the original websites are down.
I'm always curious to see how my fairies breed, but the most important thing is that you have fun with them.
