I'm not sure what you mean about removing the possibility of getting abducted by aliens-- the fairies are aliens, basically. They even still come in the flying saucer, which I haven't modified at all. Think of them as a different alien species than the Maxis aliens. If you're asking if the Maxis PT can still abduct Sims if you have this mod in, the answer is no, unless you take the mod file out (which is quite doable and an easy way to switch between multiple-PT mods).
The fairies will appear in your Sim bin as they do in the linked photos under their portrait-- Titania with the tiara, Oberon in the purple top chef outfit, Ainsel in the mowhawk, et cetera. I'm not sure where all their clothes and hair came from anymore, besides Titania's high ponytail in her blue dress (that's by Nouk), but you can find everyone's hair besides Briary's (a Peggy mesh, nouked, from GoS, in a post I think called Beside Her Stepsisters. Something about Her Stepsisters, anyway) in my hair dumps somewhere. ... Possibly also Ainsel's might be from GoS. Regardless, they're all on my list of hairs to Pooklet. Oberon's blue robe is from Parsimonious, in their Elven theme; Titania's white dress is from MTS, by Sherahbim, whose work you should really look up. Ainsel and Lankin are wearing Criminal Mastermind outfits from the base game, Mallebron is wearing a Mariachi-with-tights outfit from MTS by Cocomama, Briary and Robin are wearing clothes from Tabala's now-defunct site, but they're somewhere in this file, Corrigan is wearing a dress from MTS by ZoeJ, and Titania's blue dress is from Sim Ages, which has closed, but I have all their clothing here. I'm not sure which dress her blue one is.
All the necklaces are from either All About Style or Fanciful Mind, and the tiaras are by Windkeeper on TSR, but I got them from The Booty.
