Anyway, I read history books for fun, too, so it's not like I can really call you out on nerdery there.
Eva and I were talking about the fact that there's no way Sims can die in childbirth and no way for babies and toddlers-- who have the highest mortality rates in the Middle Ages-- to die. It seemed like it really ought to be possible to create a death-by-childbirth mod, even if it's just a pop-up after the standard name-the-kid dialogue. Trouble is, I can only think of clunky ways to word it neither of us has the know-how to implement it-- but I'm sure the no-baby-death-animations issue could be gotten past by just having the baby disappear and an urnstone take its place.
